Lorena spent over three decades in sales, marketing, and leadership before she ever called herself a brand strategist, including years in international marketing across Puerto Rico, Honduras, and Guatemala, followed by more than a decade in senior sales leadership in Orlando.
What she learned in those rooms is the same thing she teaches now: people don't buy from brands. They buy from people they trust.
In 2016, she started Be Busy Being Awesome to help others build that same trust online. What began as personal branding advice on LinkedIn grew into an audience of more than a million people and a full-service agency built around one idea: your real voice is more powerful than any content formula.
Today, Lorena leads every client relationship personally while her team handles the execution, from content and graphics to video and engagement. Clients get the strategy, direction, and support without having to become their own marketing department.
